Chromecast with Google TV live tab?

I've read somewhere Google released the API for the live tab feature. Any chance there will be HDHR support soon? Seems to only supports YouTubeTV currently. Would like to replace my firesticks with CWG's. But the live tab on the firesticks currently supports more providers, about the only one missing that I really want is HDHR. I'm thinking probably won't happen because it competes with Recast. Tired of using two apps, HDHR and Sling for tv.
