No picture/audio with good signal

I have one channel in Seattle. 107.1 KIRO which has 74% signal strength and 100%quality. That is better than a number of other channels. Nothing shows up on the channel at all. Is this on the broadcast end or something I'm doing wrong?

Since you're talking about an ATSC 3.0 channel in Seattle, you might want to follow that thread. Especially starting with viewtopic.php?p=369793#p369793. Others are seeing the same problem, so it's on the broadcast end.
