I apologise in advance as I understand this is the wrong forum to post such an order query, however I am at a complete loss as to what to do next.
I placed an order for a HDHomeRun CONNECT QUATRO HDHR5-4DT(AU) three weeks ago (#658021). Price was deducted in full from credit card at the time and the site has shown the order as just "Processing" ever since.
I have sent multiple emails to the sales address as instructed for international support, and I've also submitted a Trouble Ticket last week. I have not received a single response to any of these.
Is there anyone at SiliconDust who can advise when my order will at least be 'processed' please?

There was a minor delay - units are arriving at our warehouse tomorrow. There is a pretty good chance your order will ship out tomorrow afternoon.
