I just got a delivery of a HDHR5-4DT(UK) Quattro unit. But the unit seems to be completely dead; it's flashing both its green and red LEDs on the ethernet jack, but it's neither detectable on the network nor has it picked up an IP address as far as my router's concerned.
Reception, channel detection, network issues, CableCARD setup, etc.

I already filed in a support ticket shortly after making the earlier post.
I thought I would post it here as well shortly after making the ticket so that it's one more eventuality documented and covered.
