Hdhr quatro issue "Unable to play channel" "No video data"

"Unable to play channel" "No video data" I started getting this and i can't view any channels on any device. i have made sure everything is up to date and rebooted the whole network,system multiple times..Help

We would like to get some diagnostic data:
  1. Please go to the http://my.hdhomerun.com/ site
  2. Click your HDHomeRun's device ID
  3. If it tells you that a firmware update is available, please install it
  4. Click System Status
  5. Check the Send diagnostic information box
  6. Go back one page
  7. Click Channel Lineup
  8. Click on Detect Channels
  9. After the scan finishes, open the HDHomeRun app
  10. Go into the app settings: the gear icon in the top right corner of the "Live/Recorded/
  11. Discover/Tasks" page
  12. Enable the option to Send diagnostic information
  13. Attempt to watch a channel

Reply back to this post and provide us the device ID of your HDHomeRun and we will check the logs. You can find the device ID at the top of the my.hdhomerun.com web page as well as on a label on the bottom of the HDHomeRun itself.

Hi. I followed the instruction on how to resolve this issue but nothing chanaged. Still have "Unable to play channel" "No video data".

Device ID 1233484A

Please help

i don't have the quatro, but am having the same issue. This just started.

The signal readings on everything appear very weak. Can we have you check the antenna connections to see if they are hand tight?

Ever since upgrading to version 20201030, I'm receiving the same issues on my Connect 4K. Oddly, only the one channel showing in my area as HEVC comes in correctly, which was the only channel I previously had sound issues with.
