Constant Freezing Since Latest Firmware Update - talshiar23

Hello support,
I am having the same issue, the glitching makes viewing unusable. What is being done to resolve this issue?

Model: HDHR5-4US
Device ID: 107704F7
Firmware: 20200521

We would like to get some diagnostic data:
  1. Please go to the http://my.hdhomerun.com/ site
  2. Click your HDHomeRun's device ID
  3. If it tells you that a firmware update is available, please install it
  4. Click System Status
  5. Check the Send diagnostic information box
  6. Go back one page
  7. Click Channel Lineup
  8. Click on Detect Channels

I appreciate the response. Following your instructions below, the details of my device ID are listed below. Firmware is at the latest version, and system diagnostics have been enabled.
