On all channels or just some channels, and how is everything connected (ethernet or wifi)?

All channels show the glitching. Apple TV is on wired connection through gig switch. Running through edgerouter so any setting there I need to modify? I see same glitching on various viewing platforms. iPad (wireless), PC (wired) etc.

Are you using a signal amplifier by any chance? Some of the stations coming in are coming in a bit hot, like they've been amplified. An amplifier might be introducing some RF noise.

No amplifier. Antenna array (three old school antennas on a mast) 300 to 75 passive connector, coax to grounding block- coax to splitter - coax to HDHomeRun. Other coax split to different TV. No amps in the line. I can use a different splitter with more attenuation in needed. Seem to be more predominant on the signals from the closest transmitter. About 13 miles to closest transmitter. BTW the HDHomeRun sees pretty distant channels that my standard tuners don’t pickup. 56 and 65 my TV tuner can’t lock onto.
