"Unable to play channel: Timeout Error"

I just moved in to a new house and setup my HDHomeRun Connect that was working previously and looks to be able to scan and locate channels but when I connect form the app I get "Unable to play channel: Timeout Error" on every channel.

The tuners both have this:
Virtual Channel none
Frequency none
Program Number none
Modulation Lock none
Signal Strength none
Signal Quality none
Symbol Quality none
Streaming Rate none
Resource Lock none

I enabled diagnostics from the apps and the device (Device ID: #104BB3E9).

Is there anything I can do to fix this issue?

Can you describe how your home network is set up? Is it a single router, or are there multiple routers, access points, network switches, repeaters, or any mesh networking?
