Unable to play channel: timeout error

Every channel with the above error. Checked connections and rebooted twice. Suggestions?

I turned on send diagnostics in apps(iPad, phone and Xbox).

I am having the same problem. Sometimes I can fix it by turning the Diagnostics ON/OFF then it will work until I close the app. Next time I start app same issue.
