Recently purchased one of these and for all intents and purposes it's going ok. One frustration is wildly fluctuating signal quality, symbol quality and streaming rate on most channels.
Could do with some guidance as to if there is anything I can do here or if it's just maybe a new antenna needed? Lived here for 4 years and antenna was already here 12522030.
Any advice appreciated. I've enabled logging on my device and it's currently playing a channel that has been a problem. Device is 12522030.
As I say most of them are problematic at some point when I try to watch a full programme.

The logs suggest you may be picking up some interference from lower frequency signals. This is something that is not uncommon in the UK. We have found that adding a high pass filter/braid breaker such as the top item at https://www.kcb.co.uk/contents/en-uk/d70.html can greatly improve reception in cases like this.
