Man -- I'm glad the same thing is happening to someone else. I'm not going crazy!

It looks like both you and the other person have Comcast in the Nashville area/market. We're thinking Comcast has something messed up on their end, but we're still looking into it.

I have seen something like this in a completely different market, as the 1001/2 are tuned right after the 9xx music channels, and I have long suspected that the scan may be getting confused with the timeouts that regularly happen with the music channels out-of-spec iframe distances....

I have the same issue with my Prime.
Although I do have Comcast, I'm not in Nashville.

In my case it's channel 1003 (NBC) the prime thinks I'm not subscribed to.
1003 is actually a duplicate of 703.

Just enabled Diagnostics on the Prime, rebooted and scanned channels.

Since there's been no reply (and IIRC Send Diagnostics only sticks for ten days) I repeated the process.
Power cycled the Prime and ran a channel scan again.
Picked up the missing channel 1003 on this scan.

i have the same problem , i scan 423 channel and then i check i only have 400 next day like 390, i already changed the cable card and only work for 1 day . can someone fixed or not
