Network Connection Dropped

I've been going back and forth with email support without resolution so I figured I would ask here.

All of a sudden my Duo started dropping it's network connection when you try playing any channel. Sometimes it will play for 2-5 minutes and other times it will play for 10-15 minutes then it just stopped. I have a continues ping on the Duo and it just stops responding. I have tried the windows player, firestick app, and plex but they all produce the same results. If i'm not playing anything the ping appears to be pretty constant and doesn't miss. It's almost like the Duo is rebooting it's self.

It was connected to a Cisco gigabit switch with all my other house hold devices but I have since moved it to the back of my Linksys AC1900wrt router to see if it might be my switch, same issue.

I'm completely out of ideas on what else to try and response from support is pretty slow.
