Unable to Play Channel

I just purchased a Mi Box S and i am trying to view DRM channels on it. However i am getting an error Unable to play channel. I have turned on send diagnostics and my tuner ID is 131EAA20. I am able to view the channels on all other devices except this one. Windows 10, and Andriod Phone. Any insight as to whats going on? Thank you.

The logs indicate the device profile does not match one that is in Google's certification database. This most likely means you're still on the original MiBox software version that it shipped with, which wasn't in the database. You need to check for and install the system software update, as the updated versions are in the database.
