I have an antenna in the attic that’s connected to a splitter that runs to several rooms in the house. If I do a channel scan on a TV, it will find around 60 channels but on my Connect Duo (connected to the same splitter) no channels are detected. What am I missing?
Please enable the sending of diagnostic data on the HDHomeRun and run a channel scan (https://info.hdhomerun.com/info/trouble ... iagnostics) then reply back with the device ID for your HDHomeRun and we will check the logs to see what is happening.
