HDHomeRun Prime not seeing all of my subscribed cable channels

When I run a manual scan on my Prime at http://x.x.x.x/lineup.html?show=all,
It always misses channels I'm subscribed to.
I can run scans back-back and for each scan different channels are not picked up that I subscribe to.

I have enabled diagnostics and did 13 scans back-back, cancelling each scan when I noticed channels I'm subscribed to showing up in the scan as unsubscribed. I let the 13th channel scan run to completion.

I'm subscribed to all of these channels below.

1st scan doesn't see channel 19
2nd scan doesn't see channel 18
3rd scan doesn't see channel 20
4th scan doesn't see channel 20
5th scan doesn't see channel 13
6th scan doesn't see channel 11
7th scan doesn't see channel 17
8th scan doesn't see channel 17
9th scan doesn't see channel 18
10th scan doesn't see channel 20
11th scan doesn't see channel 14
12th scan doesn't see channel 18
13th scan doesn't see channel 23

Do you have a Windows or Mac computer available to get some diagnostics from? It looks like some of the channels are intermittently not locking on.

Windows 7-64bit yes, what is the procedure?

If any of you (two?) devs have Comcast, just look at the issue with Music Choice Channels in the 900's.

Manual and background scans never pick those up. Not that I watch or record those, but a good example of the issue.

The Music Choice channels are all on the same frequency and its right in the range of the channels with problems, so that's not surprising.

Open a command prompt and run:

cd "%userprofile%\desktop" "%programfiles%\silicondust\hdhomerun\hdhomerun_config.exe" 1323AADB scan /tuner0 scan0.txt "%programfiles%\silicondust\hdhomerun\hdhomerun_config.exe" 1323AADB scan /tuner1 scan1.txt "%programfiles%\silicondust\hdhomerun\hdhomerun_config.exe" 1323AADB scan /tuner2 scan2.txt
This will create 3 .txt files on the desktop; please attach them to an email to support at silicondust.com and include a link to this thread so we know what they are.

You had asked that I stream two DRM HD channels while scanning for channels on my Prime.

Since I have only one device that can stream DRM channels, my iPad Pro (my iPod Touch 6th gen won't, viewtopic.php?f=119&t=71420#p343830), I did the following.

While streaming DRM channel Starz HD to my iPad Pro and Weather Channel MPEG2 HD (12+Mbps) to the HDHR view app on my Win7-64 PC, I started the scan on tuner2 at 2019-05-17 22:08:30 UTC.

The only issue during streaming I had was the HDHR view app on my Win7-64 PC faulted while playing (nothing new), so I restarted it on Weather Channel MPEG2 HD (12+Mbps).

emailed log file to support.

Diagnostics are still enabled.
Can you see the background scan that dropped my subscribed channel 17?
17 was dropped and 23 was picked back up.
