Xbox One stuttering? - JNolan93

Hello, I started using the HDHomeRun Prime 2 or 3 months ago and it's great, but the app on Xbox One has a stutter/throttle/hiccup whatever you want to call it every second or so, very noticeable when watching something like hockey. The HDHomeRun add-on in Kodi works fine, and I've read people have similar issues with the Nvidia Shield, is there a fix for this issue? Thank you.

Do you have the new app version that was released last night installed?

Sorry for the long wait in replying, I uninstalled the app and was just going to use Kodi, but I decided to revisit the app and installed it just now but unfortunately the issue is still there.

Please enable the sending of diagnostic data on the HDHomeRun, run a channel scan, then enable the sending of data in the Xbox One app, and watch live TV for 10 minutes (see viewtopic.php?f=15&t=69066) then reply back with the device ID for your HDHomeRun and we will check the logs.

I apologize again for taking a long time to respond, I haven't watched much TV or visited this site in awhile. Okay, I did everything you said, the Device ID is Device Input, right? If so, it's 1325356E.
