Manual firmware update on used PRIME

Postby handydadtv » Fri Jan 25, 2019 1:48 pm

I bought a used HDHomeRun PRIME and hooked it up with a Cisco Cablecard today. The firmware is five years old and the support page says the HDHR viewer should update firmware automatically. But it doesn't; it just says "firmware upgrade required".

I see hdhomerun_config on my Mac so I should be able to manually upgrade the firmware, but I can't find anywhere on SD to download firmware versions. Is there an archive?

P.S. I contacted support this morning via email and voicemail but they haven't responded. (Is that normal?)
