Homerun Connect Duo

Hi

I have my Homerun Connect Duo HDHR5-2US for over 6 months without issue. Recently I am unable to get any signal.

I can connect to it to see the status

But when I go to view TV on any of multiple devices, Android, Windows 10 etc. I am getting "Unable to play channel No Video Data"

Any ideas where to start troubleshooting this?

Please enable the sending of diagnostic data and run a channel scan (see viewtopic.php?f=15&t=69066) then try to watch something. Reply back with the device ID for your HDHomeRun and we will check the logs.
