About two weeks ago, something's gone awry with my Comcast NBC feed. My setup:
Hardware Model HDHR3-CC
Firmware Version 20180817
DTCP-IP DTCP 1.7-SD20180501
WMDRM-NDT WMDRM 10-SD20171110
Memory Report 64 MB SDRAM, 2 MB Flash
Here's the log of the feed recording via Windows Media Center (yes, I still use it!):
20181120-00:55:00 Tuner: tuner2 tuning 804 WNBCDT (auto:369MHz-203)
20181120-00:55:00 Tuner: tuner2 streaming rtp to 192.168.0.125:5001
20181120-00:55:01 CableCARD: tuner2 804 WNBCDT (auto:369MHz-203) access = subscribed
20181120-03:10:00 Tuner: tuner2 rtp stream ended (stop request)
It was for The Voice. During the live show, there were few ill effects, but when it was the prerecorded segments and commercials, the screen would black and skip. The same thing happened with the previous Saturday Night Live (11/17/2018), where the live/skit show was OK but the prerecorded videos and commercials skipped so badly that at some point, WMC gave up and said it wasn't able to play the video.
When I played the .wtv file directly via VLC, on the SNL file, I'd see momentary green flashes. On The Voice file, which wasn't as difficult to play, I didn't see it.
Here's the VLC codec data of The Voice file.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Reception, channel detection, network issues, CableCARD setup, etc.

This problem has gotten worse with The Voice, where the last episode had sound but the video was almost unwatchable. I don't see this with SNL as much, but it definitely exists with The Voice. Any support would be appreciated.
