Edit: I am now able to direct play MPEG-2 TS. I'm definitely getting some motion artifacts, but this is making me feel like the Connect Quatro is on the table for us. It's still early days, so hopefully Plex will continue to improve playback before public release. Will spend some time mulling it over. ATSC 3.0 can't come soon enough, but widespread adoption from broadcasters is obviously another matter altogether.
It sounds like you have the right setup with 10Gb (!) Ethernet, and Plex is catching up your clients. I use Emby and have not had issues with Android mobile or Windows clients direct playing MPEG2, but iOS won't direct play so is transcoded by the server for those clients.

Any update on a HDHR5-2DT for France/Europe (or any DVBT/T2 compatible country)?
As far as I understand it the hold is only on the power supply as all HDHR5-2DT are the same ?

Thanks.

Hi SiliconDust, the new HDHR5 models look great!

What are the power requirement specs, and what is the peak draw for the HDHR5-4US (Quatro)? I have an older Dual that works well with an 802.3at (PoE+) adapter, but I'm not sure if the newer 4-tuner model will require more power than it can deliver (~25W) or an incompatible voltage. These adapters are awesome for being able to locate the HDHomerun close to the antenna with minimal coax loss.

Thanks!

Nice! The voltage stayed the same, power usage went down (even with 2 more tuners), and noise tolerance increased. Well done, SiliconDust!
