Re: Synology SPK for DVR Record Engine
If I am understanding the issue you are having, most likely it isn't with the engine. I would check the engines logs. Double check that the tuner has access to the internet as the DVR can't work (other than live/ serving recordings) without proper DeviceAuth. Check the logs of the tuner for web erro...

Re: User Guide to HDHR DVR 2.0
0225 is a couple of versions back (though i'm not sure latest July version is everywhere)... there was an android only one in March, then a beta and release in May, I believe the July version is available but as beta but no changelog for it. Update the engine, usually the same way you installed it. ...

Re: QNAP QPKG for DVR Record Engine
Though I'm not sure if it is your issue on the qnap, in linux, users are typically case sensitive, particularly with things such as this and yours, as posted, didn't follow what demonrik said. There are some that always convert to lowercase when creating a user and then might do the same whenever yo...

Re: Synology SPK for DVR Record Engine
There are several things that can cause issue with my.hdhomerun.com none of which is a problem with this add on. Reboot the devices (tuners, clients, and dvr and ensure that the the dvr is up and detected by a client... I suggest this as any ip change can take up to 8 hours to show up at my.hdhomeru...

Re: XMLTV guide data
Launch the hdhomerun app... the guide data is the same, just delivered differently, so if you get guide data there, have a modern tuner, and you subscribe to the dvr service, the xml version of the guide is available.

Re: QNAP QPKG for DVR Record Engine
If their DVR subscription is "from" the scribe (or servio), it needs to always use it's DeviceAuth when accessing the "cloud" based rules... as that is the auth that grants access as they don't get an "account" If they subscribed, rather than just use the free year, the...

Re: QNAP QPKG for DVR Record Engine
I registered the CONNECT while the SCRIBE still online. Then unplugged and returned the SCRIBE. None of my existing schedules on the QNAP worked after I took the SCRIBE down. I was not paying for DVR (I assume it was the SCRIBE included 1 year). I subscribed now and had to recreate all scheduled re...

Re: XMLTV guide data
sorry, since only one tuner was involved I couldn't tell and didn't know if you were trying to access on a per device basis for other reasons, I just knew the results showed two devices but only one was used. It just seems like déjà vu since djp952 made the same assumptions prior to september.

From the first post...
If you have more than one HDHomeRun unit pull the DeviceAuth from each and concatenate them together.

Re: XMLTV guide data
you should be able to concatenate all deviceauths (including that of the servio)... the servio/scibe doesn't get a subscription as they currently don't subscribe as they include a year of service that follows device not account (i.e if he sold the servio the rest of the year follows it)... the only ...

Re: XMLTV guide data
There are 3 ways one may have dvr service subscription, first is through kickstarter/beta purchase ($30 or higher ks, $60 beta prior to general release) whose year hasn't started yet. 2nd is when a year of service was purchase after release ($35, any $30 purchase of such would have expired) and 3rd ...

Re: User Guide to HDHR DVR 2.0
Have you tried looking at the instructions... https://info.hdhomerun.com/info/dvr:mac
If you scroll down to the advanced section you will see how to specify the engine to stop, modify the config, and restart the engine...
For windows you specify on install or you can edit the registry.

Re: QNAP| HDHomeRun & HDHR-DVRUI web interface oddities...
How are you trying to reach it? I believe there have been some fixes posted earlier in the thread (most generally post in that thread so demonrik (the author) gets notified ) but often one must access the page directly, not through the package.
