Re: which samsung TV support DRM over DNLA?
I know I saw this in a thread somewhere, but can't find here, or on the green button forums either. can't remember where I saw that? Normal threads get purged off the server if they don't get any new replies for a while (after 90 days I think). If there's any info on the forum that you think is use...

my.hdhomerun.com - HDHomeRun Record Version link
When I go to my.hdhomerun.com and click on the HDHomeRun Record Version link it takes me to my.hdhomerun.com/instructions/firmware-upgrade/. That web page loads with images but the text appears to be missing and none of the links on that page do anything when you click them. I tried Firefox, Brave a...

Re: Unofficial Kodi HDHomeRun DVR PVR Client
Hi Ken.F ! Found what I think will do the trick for you, no code changes required: https://kodi.wiki/view/HOW-TO:Modify_automatic_watch_and_resume_points That works great! Setting the ignorepercentatend value to 0 forces it to always set a resume point when stopping playback of a recording in progr...

Re: Unofficial Kodi HDHomeRun DVR PVR Client
No, it will be Kodi that sets it unless you are watching via HDHomeRun app. The 3 minutes seems right as well from the Kodi perspective. Maybe I did do something to make it work for in-progress recordings in the past :) It's been a year, hard to keep track of things! I think it would be nice if Kod...

Re: Unofficial Kodi HDHomeRun DVR PVR Client
In-progress recordings are a bit weird. If you are watching an in-progress recording Kodi isn't even going to ask to set a resume point. It must be the DVR backend doing it then since I do get a resume point when watching a recording in progress as long as I don't stop it too close to the beginning...

Re: Unofficial Kodi HDHomeRun DVR PVR Client
That, and PLEASE keep testing Matrix -- you are finding all kinds of things! If I had a test team, you'd be the first person I would hire :) :) You are volunteering your time to make this available to us so I try not to complain too much. :) But since you asked, the PVR doesn't remember the playbac...

Re: Unofficial Kodi HDHomeRun DVR PVR Client
I'm not familiar with the skin, but based on the message I'd say it's doing it's own thing from themoviedb :) It's not a skin, it's an addon that gives you extended info for items in your library. I don't use the upcoming episodes thing very often. I mostly just use it for detailed actor and movie ...

Re: Unofficial Kodi HDHomeRun DVR PVR Client
After Matrix had been shutdown overnight I got the high CPU use again on the first launch of the day. It only happened on the first launch so it's certainly better than before, but not totally fixed like I thought it was. While checking the log I found an error for an addon that I use called Embuary...

Is it working again? It had been broken for a long time. Last I heard he was still working on getting it updated.rdoac wrote: ↑Mon Feb 08, 2021 9:01 am A good workaround is to run HDHR_DVRUI which you can find here:

Re: Unofficial Kodi HDHomeRun DVR PVR Client
Version 3.4.1~beta1 - February 4, 2021 While I didn't find Ken.F's specific concern with Windows 7, at least I don't think, looking for it exposed a few (quite old) defects that occur mainly during addon startup. The Win7 high CPU use appears to be completely fixed. Thank You! Everything seems to b...
