We have it working internally... won't be long now.

We picked up a few things in QA that won't take long - we are still aiming for a submit this week of Mac, iOS, Android, and the Xbox fix.

There will be a new release of Apple TV as well, but not for offline support - that will follow.

Ham Radio T/T2 isn't currently possible using the Sony demod. The narrow-band T/T2 support we released for the HDHR5-2DT/4DT which uses the Altobeam demod.

For normal 6/7/8 MHz T/T2 the easiest is to get you a HDFX-4DT.
If you want to work with narrower Ham Radio T/T2 we can get you a HDHR5-2DT/4DT

That is caused by a timeout where the player hasn't received video through the network for 10 seconds.

First, make sure you have the latest HDHomeRun app installed on your Fire Cube as earlier versions had a shorter timeout.

Is the Cube connected via WiFi or Ethernet? Is it possible it is on the ...

Update has been accepted and published on the Microsoft Store.

Problem has been fixed and the new release has been submitted to the Microsoft Store (it is going through certification now).

You will need to restart your XBox... the new release prevents the XBox OS from getting wedged again, but it can't un-wedge the XBox OS if already wedged.

Double checking, if you reboot your XBox it starts working again?

I wonder if the app has been backgrounded and it isn't handling it correctly. An interesting test would be to force-stop the HDHomeRun app when you next see this problem, then see if it launches again ok.

Do you see the explosion splash screen first, then you get stuck on a black screen?
