40.1 switched to MeTV Pacific, 40.4 switched to MeTV Toons, but let me know if that is correct or off by 3 hours.
10.4 was using the local listing for the channel, which appears to be the Eastern feed of Roar. I switched it to Pacific, so please check and see if that looks better.

WABC (which also hosts WPIX 11.1) is on the Empire State Building. It has a backup facility on Orange Mountain in NJ, sharing a tower with backup facilities for Fox, WWOR, and Univision.

Curious why you wouldn't just use Emby for everything since the rest of your media is already there.

Re: HDHomeRun app crashing onn streaming device
Nothing in the logs, which isn't really surprising since a reboot of the device tends to suggest a hardware or firmware issue and would not be captured by app logs. Is the box adequately ventilated? Heat can sometimes be an issue on some streaming devices.

Re: firewall ports, again
Discovery sends out from a high UDP port that is assigned by the OS to 65001. The HDHomeRun replies from 65001 to that high port. Smart firewalls recognize that the unicast response is related to the previous broadcast and allow it through. The Google machine says it's possible to use the 'ct state ...

We have no app logs at that time, only briefly from a Pixel phone about 25 minutes earlier.

Plug the Dual back in, run a channel scan on it in HDHomeRun Setup, and then try the app again.

Re: Windows Viewing app black screen
I think a UI bug, it doesn't appear to be properly handling Dual devices that are present but don't have a stored channel lineup.

Re: TCL TV w/HDHR app
The broadcaster fixed the issue with 133.1 and 145.1 when Nick got word to them that they had things set up incorrectly.
The block that was put in place was for MPEG2/ATSC 1.0, not HEVC/ATSC 3.0. Although we have the capability to block things related to HEVC, there isn't generally a reason to do ...

Re: PBS stations not showing
Where are you located and what kind of antenna are you using? The signal strength is fairly high on all channels, but the signal quality is poor on the channels that are coming in, suggesting a poor antenna and a lot of amplification.

Re: TCL TV w/HDHR app
We have a system in the HDHomeRun app for Android where it checks the model of the device against a database we have where we can block specific combinations of decoder+video codec+resolution that are known to have problems.

Re: Can't tune any channels when a record engine goes offline
The only logs I see on the night of the 4th were from the DVRs. It looks like you tried to tune 4.1 at 10pm MDT, the 2TB DVR sent the request to the HDHomeRun, then nothing happened for several minutes and then it failed with a write error. Meanwhile, the client had switched to the 4TB DVR after it ...

Re: Roku Ultra unable to run HDHomerun - tjp
It does appear that MPEG2 support is either disabled or not present at all in the 2025 Streaming Stick Plus. We have contacted Roku and they are looking into it.
