I think a UI bug, it doesn't appear to be properly handling Dual devices that are present but don't have a stored channel lineup.

Where are you located and what kind of antenna are you using? The signal strength is fairly high on all channels, but the signal quality is poor on the channels that are coming in, suggesting a poor antenna and a lot of amplification.

Can you unplug the Dual and try with just the CONNECT 4K connected?

It does appear that MPEG2 support is either disabled or not present at all in the 2025 Streaming Stick Plus. We have contacted Roku and they are looking into it.
