Do other video apps like Netflix work in between when the app has problems and when you reboot? Everything works perfect, we regularly use Netflix and AT&T WatchTV for streaming with no issues. Guide data comes from our guide provider. Shows that don't have episode-specific information (e.g. the news) will get an original air date of whatever the first broadcast of the show was.

The logs aren't stored locally, they are sent directly to our server. If you want to let me know which channels and when you saw the issues I can check them.

Please enable the sending of diagnostic data on the HDHomeRun, run a channel scan, enable the sending of data in the app (https://info.hdhomerun.com/info/troubleshooting:diagnostics) then watch live TV on a problem channel for at least 10 minutes. The dipole on the C2V is sized for optimal performance on channel 7. It gets a bit worse as the frequency goes up, though I wouldn't expect it to fall off that much. The Winegard should do significantly better since it has more elements.

The wireless doesn't seem to be able to keep up with the flow of data. Are you connected to the 5GHz network? What's the signal path like between the router/AP and the client?

The logs indicate you're encountering severe network packet loss. How are the HDHomeRun and the device you're watching on connected network-wise?

The GTK GUI was specifically designed back in 2008 to be cross-platform for both Linux and Mac. The sending of diagnostic data is not enabled in the app anymore. Please re-enable, quit and reopen the app, and try a DRM channel again.

Please enable the sending of diagnostic data in the HDHomeRun app, and the next time it happens, reply back with the device ID for your HDHomeRun, the show you were watching, and the time it happened, and we will check the logs.
