Re: DVR Active?

This is probably going to take some looking in the backend. Fastest way to get that done is to email support@silicondust.com. They'll be able to look and see what's happening.

Re: DVR Active?

Have you set up a place to record stuff? You need local DVR storage of some kind, either on a PC or elsewhere. https://info.hdhomerun.com/info/dvr

Re: change of current focus: Discover when moving to the 'next' timeslot

I honestly can't say that I've had the desire or the need to jump forward lots of time slots just to see what is on during that timeslot. I may be an edge case, but the ability to do so doesn't seem as important as not having to jump forward lots of timeslots by accident. If I need to find a show f...

But as it seems that the feature design has been met, it's something the user must work with.
Out of curiosity, are you using a pretty laggy remote? I have that experience, but it's almost always when dealing with excessive lag.

Re: change of current focus: Discover when moving to the 'next' timeslot

Perhaps I was not being clear. I meant this sort of jumping in discover is supposed to mimic the speed with which you can zip through hitting right on Slice and zoom through many hours.

Re: change of current focus: Discover when moving to the 'next' timeslot

This is definitely intentional. Searching through discover is intended to feel as fast as searching through Slice, which means you should be able to jump forward and back really quickly. Are you you finding yourself overshooting?

Re: Minor issues that haven't been fixed yet

1. The "Team bug" (When on a sporting event it gets stuck on teams and will not let you do anything. Only fix is to force close the app.) I believe this was introduced with a beta but never fixed. This is very annoying when trying to switch between 2 football games. It probably happens 60% of the t...

Re: Unable to replay recorded NFL games

On Sunday I recorded 4 NFL games and they are all listed as being recorded. I watched the last game in the list by fast forwarding to the end. I then stopped watching the game and returned to the list of recorded games. At this point I was unable to select any of the other recordings. The only thin...

I have a couple of issues that i haven't asked about because i assumed they would be fixed at some point, but it has been a while now, so i will ask. 1. The "Team bug" (When on a sporting event it gets stuck on teams and will not let you do anything. Only fix is to force close the app.) I believe t...
