Re: No guide data at all - leop

I split your posts to a new thread as the problem you are describing doesn't related to the problem in the original thread which was fixed.

I can check your channel list - what is the Device ID of your HDHomeRun?

It won't even load on my phone. Sits at black screen.
We are not tracking any issues like this. What phone do you have and what OS version?

Re: IOS beta builds

DRM channels are supported on iPad.

If you are seeing a problem with playing DRM protected channels please enable "send diagnostic information" in the HDHomeRun app on your iPad then post back with the device ID of your HDHomeRun.

Re: Copy Files *TO* Servio

Pulling the drive and copying files via a Linux machine will work, just be sure permissions are the same and the BIOD of your PC doesn't force-allocate a host-protected-area on the drive.

We have it in our feature request list to provide a way via HTTP.

Re: SERVIO+PRIME recording corruption/stuttering?

Pretty sure the Raw_Read_Error_Rate is a multi-part number, not an integer.

The drive is quite happy.

Re: Encrypted channels no longer working for me

Let me check... No, I did not. I turned on location permission for the app, then restarted it, and now I once again can view DRM channels. I don't know how the permission got turned off. I must have had it turned on in the past because I have checked DRM channels on the Shield in the past. Anyway, ...

Re: Quadruplicate recordings

The HDHomeRun record engine will always record an episode flagged as first-airing, even if a recording already exists with that the episode ID. Two main reasons: 1) Nightly news broadcasts typically don't have a new episode ID each day - they simply get flagged as first-airing in the guide. 2) If a ...

Re: HDHomeRun SCRIBE & SERVIO is there a method to transfer video off the device to longterm storage? Also Guide Questio

Files are intelligently named on the filesystem and you can do a http request to fetch a recording. Is this documented anywhere? I've tried servioIP/southpark, servioIP/south%park as well as the init caps for these and all give a 404 error. Thanks URL to get the top level information: http://<ip ad...

Re: Purpose of libhdhomerun keep-alive packets?

The HDHomeRun supports streaming video over HTTP as well as UDP and RTP over UDP. If an app tells the HDHomeRun to stream via UDP or RTP then the app is terminated without it telling the HDHomeRun to stop the PC is meant to send an ICMP port unreachable packet so the HDHomeRun knows to stop. The pro...

Slice is drunk. It pulls out two slots rather than one with a single button press. Sloppy operation all around, in regards to slice; the old way was fine.
Which platform are you seeing this on?
