Cable content in the US is almost always 720p60 or 1080i60.

Verizon is doing a few events in 4kp60 which is fun - this is supported by the HDHomeRun PRIME + HDHomeRun app.

1080p60 is supported but we typically only see that in Europe.

Changing channels is painfully slow. I'm not a big channel changer, so not too bad for me. People that like to change channels a lot, or even surf channels, will hate it. Changing channel should be as fast as WMC. If you are seeing it take a long time to change channels then something is wrong and ...

Audio problem confirmed - the stream indicates the audio type is AC3 however the audio is actually EAC3. Verizon should really fix that but it is something we can handle... fixed and scheduled for the next release.

Up until recently it hasn't been possible to launch two instances of a UWP app. I think Microsoft added something in the last Win10 release - I will research if it is possible.

Each recording should be logged - go to http://my.hdhomerun.com/ and click on your SERVIO, then System Menu, Log.

The text glitch when scrolling is being actively worked on. We expect it to be solved this week.

This glitch was first reported last week and is minor - the workaround is to wait a second for the screen to redraw properly.

Hi,

The gen5 has different demods and improved small signal performance. Generally the performance is similar except for very weak signals where gen5 out performs.

Hi,

The first thing to check is that subnet mask on your Ubuntu machine is correct. If the subnet mask is wrong it won't detect.
