Thank You! Based on what you said I disabled AC3 passthrough and I get no sound. Windows sounds are fine?? Turn AC3 passthrough back on and the sound works (sound is through a receiver). Thought about it for a second and realized that I wasn't getting sound when AC3 passthrough was disabled because ...

Hmmm, we always turn cc off when watching... If it remembers the last setting it must have something to do with how we exit the app. We use a harmony remote and the exit function, which must somehow turn the cc back on upon exiting?

Closed Caption

Hello,

I don't think this is a bug but probably a setting I'm missing. I have one Windows 10 computer that always turns closed caption on when the app is started (of course it is the primary TV...).

Any help would be appreciated!

Yes, seeing this on several devices with early access enabled or disabled. On Live TV only, you typically can only click FF once until the guide disappears and then you can repeat. Every once and awhile it works fine...?
