Can you remove the LTE filter, enable the Send diagnostic information on the web page for your HDHomeRun, run a channel scan, and reply back with the device ID for it so we can see what it looks like?
It's unlikely that an LTE filter would actually do anything for the SmartKom. It's not like a ...

Re: Airing Dates in the Guide
That sounds like it might not be accounting for timezone correctly, especially if you are in Mountain time where 5pm matches up to midnight UTC. Reported to the team to review.

Re: DVR setup issue
Docker is definitely the best option for QNAP. There are some instructions at https://github.com/demonrik/HDHR-DVR-docker/wiki/Updating-from-the-QNAP-QPKG-to-Container for converting from the old QPKG install to Docker, but a clean install is basically the same thing except you also need to create a ...

Re: WiFi Bridge Requirement
Performance of a wireless bridge is going to depend primarily on what is between the bridge and the router it is connecting to. If you're trying to connect different floors, ideally the bridge would be located directly above the router. The further away it gets, the more stuff the signal has to pass ...

Re: Installing HDHR Flex 4K also with Quattro
Probably multipath interference, where the antenna receives the broadcast signal from multiple directions, both the direct one straight from the broadcast tower and also others reflecting off something. Since the reflections take slightly longer to reach the antenna than the direct signal, they ...

Re: Unable to tune to unencrypted ATSC 3.0 channels
ATSC 3.0 adds a new (to North America) feature called physical layer pipes (PLPs), which allows the signal to be divided up into different sub-signals that fall at different points along a line between "easy to receive but low data rate" and "hard to receive but higher data rate", vs. ATSC 1.0 that ...

Re: Installing HDHR Flex 4K also with Quattro
Which antenna is it?
What zip code are you in?
Is the HDHomeRun located at least 3 feet away from other electronic devices, especially anything that sends or receives signals (modems, routers, radios, hotspots, baby monitors, etc.)?

Are these proper Android TV/Google TV boxes or Chinese hacked up AOSP shoehorned on a box devices?

Re: Unable to access recording
The log data doesn't go back far enough to tell us what happened with 9-1-1. If you encounter another that doesn't record (or hasn't recorded since Friday), please let us know the details and we will review.

I'm having trouble finding logs of playing that channel for any significant length of time. Please watch it for at least 10 minutes then reply back with the time you did so I can locate it in the logs.

Re: BPS PLP Issue (3.0)?
Best to only do it on a wired connection. Wifi will be unhappy since it has to operate at significantly reduced speeds to make sure that any theoretical receivers can receive it. Probably should have mentioned that . I have one old switch that can't handle high data rate multicast/broadcast and ...

Trip, have you tuned PLP0 via the CLI and set the target to forward and watched either the network rate in Config GUI or monitored via Wireshark to see if there's anything actually on there?

Re: No guide info on my prime
I'm assuming that word that was blocked out starts with a K. Are you running the current version? We have been doing some cleanup to old DVR systems. Some of the old addon versions pointed to a historical address for the guide data system that is no longer available. The current addons have been ...
