This is a perfectly valid thing to do, and the correct behavior for the parser is to look at the identifier in ...

Re: Season and Episode
Search for the show on the Discover tab and select it and it will give you a list of all the upcoming episodes including episode numbers, and you can schedule recordings from there.

Re: No channel guide for one channel. Can't record.
Our system pulls in updated data from our guide provider each day. If they happened to add the listing for that channel in your area then it might update around that time. It would also be updated if someone else on the same cable provider had opened a ticket and asked us to fix it.

44.4 set to BarkTV. I don't think that existed the last time I was messing with Phoenix listings.
ARID listing set on Cox 34.

Re: FireTV 4k max vs FireTV 4k quality difference
Do you see a Video Quality option in the gear menu in the app on the Max? If so, that indicates that the hardware decoder on the device is either blocked for everyone because it is known to be broken, or has been blocked during use by the app because it detected a failure of the decoder. The app wil...

Re: Replacing Hard Drive
Is there a more in-depth post or article on doing this? I have a mac and am interested in how to transfer recordings. No, because most of the process would be out of scope. As a general outline: Install a program that lets you run virtual machines on the Mac, either Parallels ($) or VMWare Fusion (...

Re: HD Homerun App V89.0 not working with Roku Player
It's a timing issue so there are multiple factors involved, including whether or not an HDHomeRun DVR is present, what devices are present, and how many channels are present, among others.

Re: Channel 19.6-19.8 "Open"
The station changing the names would suggest that they dropped those networks. The guide on their website is just TitanTV, and if they didn't notify our guide provider Gracenote of the change, it stands to reason that they also didn't notify TitanTV. Some stations are good about notifying the provid...

It's fine if you want to put it in there, but maybe add a note that people should reach out to your team for any support questions related to that function.

Re: Unable to find HDHomeRun tunner on local network.
Do you have the network set as Private in the Windows network settings?
Is the PC's IP address in the same subnet as the HDHomeRun's?
Do you have any third-party firewall/security/antivirus/antimalware software installed on the PC?

A good quality SSD like that Samsung EVO is a good choice. Nothing specific on the mechanical drive side, but there are a variety of drives on Amazon and such sold as "video", "AV", "surveillance", or "security camera" use, all of which just mean the drive is ...
