Channel 55 is now LTE band and used by cell phones.

AHA! I was using the hdhomerun_tui app. I know that the range of digital tv channels had been reduced and that 55 was now out of range.

This question doesn't really fit exactly in any of the forums, but this one is the closest, and I haven't been able to find an answer.

Just curious. There is one channel in the Kansas City area - 55 - which shows 100% signal strength, but 0% Signal and Symbol quality, 0.00Mps Network Rate, and ...

I believe several tv manufacturers have already said that they won't support DRM.

There is already a tuner box that has DRM recording in beta hope HDHR DVR will have it soon.

Recording DRM protected content isn't the problem (unless the broadcast chooses to block recording or to force-expire recordings which is a different issue)
