By the way, when I try to browse to (MacOS 26.3, Chrome Browser) the local address of my device with the link you shared, I get:
This site can’t be reached
hdhomerun.local’s server IP address could not be found.
Try:

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy, firewall, and DNS configuration
ERR ...

I just set up my Flex Duo yesterday and I'm noticing some of the channels I receive have audio that is quite noticeably delayed/out of sync with the video. Many tuners/tvs seem to offer controls to sync ...
