So now NBC has excellent signal So weird

So what would be considered a larger directional antenna And why would i lose just nbc but still get WNYW (fox)

Im about 18miles west of the city
antenna is about 20 ft off the ground

I can tune my local channels 2 5 7 9 11 and sub-channels BUT NBC 4.1 and all subs have disappeared Ive tried multiple scans resets etc Firmware is up to date etc
