I have heard little on this feature request since initially posting last Sept. Is there any activity taking place and is there a potential implementation date?

Newbie question:
I know how to delete individual recordings. Is there a way to delete an entire series from the DVR library? When recording a long running series (e g. "Blue Bloods", "NCIS et.al." you can end up with recordings numbering in the hundreds. I can foresee a time when I might need free a ...
