Since kyl416 stated rabbitears has some incorrect information I can't say for sure but from rabbitears it looks like nearly all the display channels for woms has the same 29.1 number. And the way the modern method of tuning works for the scan as well as many tv's it may not add the additional 29.1 ...

If you're talking about WOMS-CD on RF 29, that's only a 0.4 kW signal. Also, the RabbitEars data for it got screwed up when WXSP-CD and WOLP-CD converted to ATSC 3.0 for Grand Rapids, while their former simulcasts including Muskegon's WOMS-CD remained ATSC 1.0.
