I tried again and it did start from the beginning. But another problem I just had, it was recording the nightly news and I started watching live 80% into the show. Then when I went to watch it back from the beginning, it only had the first half of the show and it cut off. So it effectively recorded ...

First off, the new UI is not good....please provide an option as to which UI you can use. Companies always seem to feel a need to update something just to update it. In this case, it was unnecessary.
