Thanks, that's too bad, it would be nice to reuse old drives to add to storage. I don't want to use NAS storage for media and in any event with ATSC 3.0, storage requirements increase significantly regardless. If I have a pair of mirrored 1 TB drives on my legacy NAS, I'm still short.

The bugs in UI 20250326b appear to be mostly fixed with UI 20250327. Both recordings can now be selected/programmed, without one removing the other.

Yes, that's what is happening.

This should have been caught in beta testing.

There's nothing going on with it. This all worked fine until you forced this buggy user interface on us. I programmed this earlier today with the working interface. Either fix this buggy user interface, or put back the one that works.

Here is an example of a Special I have programed to record from PBS. This is not a series. It's only going to air one time (for the foreseeable future).

Press the > button and then press the mislabeled button Record Series and I get the following:

Notice there's no option to delete this ...

Application starts in Recorded mode instead of Discover .
It will start it Recorded mode if you have recordings - this is by design.


That assumes everyone is using the app the way you're envisioning. I don't. I only use it to program DVR functions. Therefore, I expect to be able to start in ...

On top of being forced to use this interface, it appears to be poorly tested given the number of bugs I've found.

Single episode events ( Specials ) show up as Series Record (after pressing the > button) and have no option to remove/delete from within the Discover view.
Single episodes do not reflect being programmed to start X minutes early or X ...

These "improvements" are making the process of using the application to program the DVR less useful .
