Re: Where Is Your X Account?
And their burried "most recent" option still uses an algorithm to decide which posts and accounts will surface for you instead of just letting you see the most recent posts from all of the accounts you chose to follow.
Here are some work arounds folks might find useful (it's not rocket science ...

Re: Encryption
I just received an update to the HDHomeRun app on my iPhone. All the What's New says is a terse DRM update. I gave it a try and all I get is the Unable to play channel: etc. message on the DRM encoded channels. So, whatever this update is intended to be, DRM decoding isn't one of them.
If you ...

Re: Encryption
Would be good to see an official response to this issue, any dependencies that need to be resolved, who is doing what and if so, expected timing on when we will see the encryption addressed.
Thank you,
Ian
Yeah... good luck with all that!

Many companies choose NOT to do this -- I believe SD is one (but I could be wrong).danieljlevine wrote: Tue Feb 04, 2025 2:35 am Yes, now for a roadmap of sorts listing capabilities being worked and estimate of release in beta and official release that gets updated.

Those sound like release notes to me!danieljlevine wrote: Sun Feb 02, 2025 4:38 am [...]I might see channels like T2 get discovered by my HDHR Flex 4K, where I’d find them in my channel listing, and whether I’d need to rescan to find such channels.

Re: Encryption
Which is why I asked a while back why the HD Homerun could not be modified so it could at least tune and receive encrypted ATSC 3.0 stations so they could be at least viewed on the TV but not record them until the legal stuff is resolved. Seems like an easy change to me.
Which is why a while ...

Re: ATSC 3.0 Internet Streams
ATSC 3.0 announced internet delivered channels are still ATSC 3.0 format (HEVC video and AC4 audio) and they require an ATSC 3.0 tuner to work. This thread is a discussion to gauge interest in the feature being added to the HDHomeRun.
I would be interested in such a feature.
If SD is serious ...

Re: Encryption
From some of the things I've read it sounds like these may just be the 1.0 versions of the channel and not the actual 3.0 version, is that right?
You can use web interface to your HDHomeRun to see if it's ATSC 3.0 or not by turning a 1xx.x channel that has content, then going to the web ...
