The usability issue is that the buttons are not only small. They sit just below the progress slider and when you intend to tap jump forward to skip commercials if you miss just a little bit, you’ll tap the slider which will pull the current time all the way back. It’s so ...

Usability Issue Returns v20260607 - jump forward/back buttons
Years ago, the buttons were small and in the bottom left. It creates a usability issue, trying to tap the small buttons. Re: BUG: Channels duplicated in both guides on iPad
That was it. Thank you, Nick.
I think I had to favorite almost all of the channels that were not ATSC 3.0 channels in order to control recording preferences somehow. I forgot why I did that but I think it was some guidance from someone at SD. Is there some kind of recording preference control built ...

Re: DVR Series Recording Limits - Keep at most N shows!
As a consumer I’ll wait for this basic DVR feature to be implemented. The question I have though is where is it on the backlog? Is it scheduled for a release soon?

Re: DVR Series Recording Limits - Keep at most N shows!
I need the ability to schedule a series recording and indicate to "Keep at most N shows" where N is a number (e.g. 5).
If you were to set things up so that you're using a record engine[1] then you could put together whatever custom scripts you want to insure that only 5 episodes of whatever ...

Re: DVR Series Recording Limits - Keep at most N shows!
"Delete after X date" is on our TODO list.
Sorry Nick, but I'm not sure how I'd even use that to solve the issue. Can you please share more?
Essentially the desired scenario is that, as a user, you want to essentially manage your disk space. So as a user I know that when I setup to record the ...

DVR Series Recording Limits - Keep at most N shows!
TLDR: I've posted about this several times in the past and I thought someone indicated the feature was being worked on. I really need it. Any updates?

Re: Encryption
…
If they came out with, say ATSC 1.1 instead of 3.0, with the only difference being that h.265 is now a mandatory for hardware and broadcasting, I would be on board with that.
If they just did away with DRM from ATSC 3.0 and the ability to delete and/or restrict DVR playback, ATSC 3.0 is a ...
