Please go to http://hdhomerun.local
Click System Status
Check the Send diagnostic information box
Unplug the HDHomeRun from power, wait a few seconds, then plug it back into power

I am currently recording the show 9-1-1 on my local ABC affiliate (WABC). When I go into the Recordings section of the HDHR Apple TV app or the HDHR Ipad app the show is not listed there. I can see that it is set to record as the guide shows a red dot next to the show. When I go into my device ...

There was a Plex server update last week that broke the integration with HD Homerun tuners. I'm having the same problem as you. There was mention of it on Reddit last week. Maybe someone here from SD has a contact at Plex and can formally report this bug.

I'm having the same issue...new DVR subscription and I can't record anything on the AppleTV app, but I can record from the iPhone app.
I have found that once you set the recordings on your phone you can then watch them on the Apple TV. So the bug is specifically related to the scheduling ...

New DVR subscription - unable to record anything
I just signed up for a new DVR subscription. I'm using the Apple TV app. When I go to set a recording from the guide I click on the "Set Recording" button but then nothing happens. When I go into Tasks it does not show that anything is scheduled to record.
