OK. What the problem with the video was that I had disabled the AMD iGPU awhile back (as I am using the Nvidia RTX 4070 for HDMI output to the Denon AVR X3800H). Between your advice and Grok, I re-enabled the iGPU and set the sound on the HDHomeRun to stereo. Sound and video worked! HOWEVER ...

Still not working. Sound works on splash screen (Grok asked me if the sound was working). After splash screen no sound or video, just black.

PS. I am beginning to think this might be an issue with my Mesh node or switch that is feeding the PC and the HDHomeRun. IDK. I have restarted both just in case one my not be picking up the DHCP correctly. I do not have any static IP addresses assigned, unless a ghost assigned one somehow.
