Adding - I am trying to get to the SiliconDust install directory on my PC. Have installed app on a w11 PC but when I go to Program Files or Program Files (X86) there is no SD directory. The app does open. I have no idea where the install sits and a search on the drive for SiliconDust doesn't find ...

I am remote from my serveer/prime and had a power outage. My cablecard is stuck logging into Comcast:

3DES encryption not ready

and I have created a trouble ticket with Comcast.
