At the moment, probably nothing. The tower is in the wrong direction. Rotating your antenna to point the correct way would help with 2.x, but then you'd almost certainly lose a significant portion of everything else. 2.x is always a problem. They have a couple transmitters and none of them are great. The main one serving San Antonio is basically due south of you off I-35 near Lytle, and the combination of a weak signal, short tower, and the antenna not being pointed at it would make it difficult to receive ...

Water ingress primarily causes attenuation above about 500MHz. Stations on higher frequencies (NBC, CBS, Fox, 31.x, and 10.x) would be the most likely to be affected.

So everything was working ok and it seemed to be, but I'm now having rain fade during heavy storms.

Now sure if this is unavoidable.
