Hey guys, thanks for the help and sorry for the late reply, I was on a holiday in Italy. I bought a 0-20 db attenuator, installed it, and now everything is on 100%. I'm ever so grateful for your help.

Yes, your signals are too strong. Everything is registering about 130% strength.
