So this is very strange for me. I have 3 shield devices; 2 pro versions that are connected via ethernet and 1 non-pro/tube version that is connected via wifi. The 2 pro versions cannot play DRM channels, however the non-pro/tube version CAN play DRM channels. It was been this way for some time now ...

Re: XMLTV guide data

The -o switch was deprecated and is no longer provided. This is because using the EPG123/HDHR2MXF installer installs a http proxy server as well. To get the hdhr2mxf.xmltv file you just need to point your application to http://<ip address>:9009/output/hdhr2mxf.xmltv.

Note the -update switch is ...

lowered the Power of 12.1 and 49.1 and now I cannot even Pick those up where they use to come in crystal clear

If you're talking about KPTV Portland, they were granted permission to move from VHF 12 to UHF 21 , but in order to complete that move, they they have to replace their existing VHF ...

Re: HDHomeRun 4K is Nextgen TV Certified

They really messed up my Fox Channels 112.1 and 149.1 They DRm'd them both a lowered the Power of 12.1 and 49.1 and now I cannot even Pick those up where they use to come in crystal clear. So luckily I have 2 Prime devices. I am on the edge of totally giving up on homegrown DVRS.

Re: XMLTV guide data

The epg123 client is strictly to support WMC. The epg123 main program is strictly to support downloading guide data from Schedules Direct. The primary purpose of the epg123 server was to proxy/cache images from Schedules Direct.

HDHR2MXF has always been designed to be a standalone executable to ...

Sorry, I haven't been following these developments at all, so I didn't know http discovery was being deprecated. I have modified the code to be able to discover IPv6 devices, but it is just a patch by hitting ipv4-api and ipv6-api. Still using http. I haven't seen any direction on the use of ...
