Ethernet - If the product requires such a connection, of course.

H.256/HEVC - We already support recording those formats. The HDHomeRun itself doesn't really care about the video and audio codecs, because it's relaying (or saving) raw data.

Gracenote says they've fixed the logo on their side. It might still take a day or so for it to propagate over to our system, but it should be showing up correctly very soon.

A different cable and a different port on your router or switch. If that still doesn't work, shoot us an e-mail at support@silicondust.com and we'll see what we can do for you.

An auto-delete mode for "keep X episodes" is currently being worked on, and a bulk deletion option of some kind is also planned.

The recording rules are stored on Silicondust servers, so that suggests it was changing in the UI, but wasn't connecting/saving to our servers for some reason. Are you still having that issue now, a day later?

Does anything happen to a different device at 7PM? Like, if you were watching live TV on a smart phone or PC, does it also crash or maybe the video stops or stalls?

The hardware is independent, but anything that needs the guide data from our servers (our branded app and our branded DVR) will have issues without that data.
