Gracenote says it should be fixed now.
EDIT: It might take a day or so to reflect this on our side. It's still showing as Dabl when I look at it.

Re: Live VS Recorded Image Quality
My apologies for letting this slip past me. A recording is just the live data being saved to a file, so there really shouldn't be any difference. The video player doesn't really care what is live or recorded at that point, it's just decoding the data. Sometimes certain devices can do things to ...

Re: migrate DVR to a new computer
You got it right, that's basically all you need to do. The tasks are stored in our servers and associated with your account, which is associated with the HDHomeRun's device ID. As long as that unit is on the local network then it will download the correct tasks. USB drive should be fine.

The URLs can be copy/pasted into other apps. You can do even more things with the URLs when you apply some other parameters: https://info.hdhomerun.com/info/http_api

Re: Unable to find Tuner if not on the same Vlan as TV
That is expected. The HDHomeRun app uses UDP discovery, which requires both client and HDHomeRun to be on the same local subnetwork.

I don't understand. Are you telling us that the guide listings for those channels incorrect? If so, what are they showing/should be corrected to?

Re: 2.2 2.3
The current guide mapping shows
2.2 - Heroes & Icons
2.3 - Start TV Network
Should these be changed to different listings or time zones?

Re: Pause tasks
Unfortunately, there isn't a way to pause a task at this time. I can see the need for this feature, and will ask the dev team about it. There's a few situations it would be very helpful in, such as going on vacation and not needing the news to be recorded, etc.

Re: Need Help -- Reception conundrum (either too strong or too weak!)
I really don't understand this and hope someone from SiliconDust can explain. I read somewhere that reception can be problematic for the lower half (2-7) of the VHF band, but google is telling me that the two remaining major VHF stations in my area (KVIE/PBS and KXTV/ABC) are in fact mapped to ...

Re: Wilmington, NC
Can you tell me more about
49.4 - CRTV
and
20.5 - INFO
Do they have any other names or anything on their logo on the actual channel? Just typing in CRTV doesn't give me anything, and INFO brings up a ton of generic informational channels.

No, AI is wrong again. It has no logic to it and just finds patterns of words/language that has a statistical relationship to other patterns.

Which channel numbers specifically? There appears to be more than one OAN and Bark on your lineup.

Re: Tv Guide appearance
If you mark a channel as a "Favorite" (Making it a yellow star on the same screen that you used to mark some channels with a red X) then it will list twice. If you only have six channels then I would just leave good channels as the default hollow star, and then it will only be listed once.
