We have already waited too long! I’m filing a complaint with the FTC and the California Attorney General’s office today for deceptive trade practices. This is a bait and switch.

If you don’t know what is going on how can Nate be certain that the channels will return as he stated earlier? We are missing something here. There has to be a reason the channels have been removed from SD’s service and not from other services that source from Omniverse like SD does. I tried contact...

They are not streaming services. PremiumTV is not the first Live Streaming TV service to be hit with an outage. It has happened at YTTV, DTVN and SlingTV to my knowledge. Agree and none have been this long. Also most have offered refunds or credits. No doubt this is a legal issue. Either SD got hit directly with a cease and desist order for those channels or Omni was told by those channels supplying them to a service that allows local recording is a violation of the ...

8 of the 10 channels we watch are out. You can remove the other channels and then calculate my refund. Take a look at similar outages. They are not calculated like that. Refund demand

We should certainly get a refund or a partial months worth of free service for this unexplained outage. Also how can anyone decide to renew their service not knowing if these major channels are to return. Come on guys we need some information.

I can confirm that these channels, including Hallmark, are not down on other Omni fed platforms. This is obviously squarely on SD and they are not shooting straight. We need answers or we all need to walk and file a complaint with out credit card companies.
