EricGRIT09 - the system has the ability to do h264 and hevc at 30 or 60fps. We have been testing hevc compatibility - any Windows, Mac, or iOS device running the latest OS will do hevc. We just noticed this as well. Is there an expected day? Is there anything I need to do on my side to ensure I get the channel back as soon as possible? My wife is loosing recordings as well..
