I got billed 34.99 tonight. Renewal date is 2 days away. I cancelled tonight and it says my service will end 2 days from now even though they already charged me for next month. When these channels are restored, any idea if this will be a permanent resolution? Seems like I hear about satellite customers periodically getting a warning that they may loose their local channels. Yes I’m still in my subscription period.Are you still in your current subscription period? If so, you don't need the coupon. It'll auto subscribe you for zero dollars now and auto apply the coupon on your next month.

Okay thanks.[removed - new information posted]I’ve cancelled my service. If I renew will I get this credit ? I assume all new registered users will get the current package for 25 until channels are added back?

The $10 renew coupon is being added to every subscription account. This process is executing now and will take a few hours to complete.
